계단은 집의 분위기를 결정짓는 공간입니다.
계단참의 작은 정방형 창 하나가 은은한 자연광을 끌어들이고, 오크 원목의 따뜻함과 흰 벽체가 만나 고요한 공간을 만듭니다.
발걸음마다 달라지는 빛의 농도와 그림자의 깊이. 낮은 조도의 매입등이 밤에도 편안한 분위기를 이어줍니다.
단순하지만, 오래된 새로움이 쌓이는 집이길 바랍니다.

Y2 HOUSE Interior Staircase.
A staircase defines the atmosphere of a home.
A single small square window at the landing draws soft, natural light inward.
The warmth of oak meets white walls, creating a space of quiet stillness.
With each step, the density of light and the depth of shadow shift. Low-level recessed lighting carries that calm through the night. Simple,
yet a home where a timeless kind of newness accumulates over time.

Y HOUSE 2층 가족실.
가족실은 온 가족이 함께 머무는 곳이기에, 넓은 풍경이 보이도록 계획했습니다.
앞으로는 남쪽 코너 창 너머로 여주의 산세가 시원하게 펼쳐지고, 뒤로는 북쪽 고측창이 높은 층고를 느낄 수 있도록 은은한 간접광을 내려보냅니다.
두 방향의 빛이 만나 하루 종일 고르게 밝은 공간. 오크 원목 바닥 위로 쏟아지는 오후의 햇살이 이 방에서 보내는 시간에 온기를 더합니다.
주택에서 가족이 가장 소중하게 여기고 있는 이 공간이 그저 함께 있는 것만으로 충분한 공간이길 바랍니다.

Y2 HOUSE 2F Family Room.
Because the family room is where everyone gathers, we planned this room to open toward the widest view.
Beyond the south-facing corner window, the mountains of Yeoju unfold generously. A north clerestory sends soft, indirect light from above, allowing the full height of the ceiling to be felt.
Two directions of light meet, keeping the space evenly bright throughout the day. Afternoon sun spills across the oak floor, adding warmth to every moment spent here. A room where you don't need to do anything special.
This space — the one the family cherishes most in their home — we hope it will be a place where simply being together is more than enough.
